Giving at The Gathering Place...

At The Gathering Place we believe that God has blessed each of us in many different ways. We encourge everyone to prayerfully consider how God would want you to give back some of what He has blessed you with.

• For some this is through acts of service and giving of your time. There are many ways you can get involved at The Gathering Place with your time.
• For others this may be through giving of your personal possessions. Maybe you have some toys you could donate to our nursery or some bigger kid toys for our kids ministry. Maybe you would like to bring flowers to The Gathering Place to help spruce up our meeting room.
• We all have money. It takes money to live. God talks a lot about money in the Bible. At The Gathering Place we don't pass an offering plate or basket. Instead we have a basket by the back door where people can give toward the ministry of The Gathering Place. Your contributions allow us to pay the rent on the building, provide snacks and drinks, as well as all of the administrative costs of running The Gathering Place.

Please find below the various means by which you may make contributions to JICF or TGP:

1) Through cash or checks in Indonesia during a service

Those wishing to donate at TGP on Saturday night may do so in cash (either Indonesian Rupiah or foreign currency) or a check in the offering box placed near the door. Those wishing to donate at JICF on Sunday morning may do so by putting cash (either Indonesian Rupiah or foreign currency) or a check in the offering bag as it is passed during the both services.

JICF will accept checks which are drawn on a US or Canadian bank accounts. These checks will be mailed by the church office to the US and will then be deposited into the US bank account of JICF, Inc. Since JICF, Inc. is a recognized 501(c)(3) organization, all contributions to JICF are tax-deductible for US income tax purposes.(A tax-deductible receipt will be issued at the end of the year for all donations made to JICF during that tax year).

2) Through Bank Transfers in/to Indonesia

JICF / TGP has two Indonesian Rupiah bank accounts to which you may transfer a donation:
